Here's the poop on Loserfest '98: we will be taking Annapolis by storm Saturday and Sunday July 11 and 12. It's near enough to most of us (about 30 miles from DC) that you can join us just for the day and/or dinner on Saturday if the hotel rate is prohibitive or the prospect of spending too much time with your fellow Losers makes you break out in a cold sweat.

The majority of you who had an opinion about brunch said "whatever", so we'll play this by ear.

WHAT Hotel is approx. 3 miles from downtown Annapolis. Hotel has outdoor pool, plenty o' parking (NOT in the pool), and complimentary continental breakfast (we may not need to do brunch elsewhere!). Busch's is a short drive away from the hotel. We will be in our own room and will have the usual fun/games there immediately following dinner.

Scenic cruise on the Severn on the good ship Rebecca.

Boarding time: 2:15pm. Boat sails at 2:30pm.
Duration: 90 minutes (that's an hour and a half to you landlubbers).

This leaves plenty o' time before and after to explore Annapolis, so kwitcher whining.

The hotel serves a continental thingie in the lobby but we can go to some restaurant somewhere if enough of you want to.

The room will seat between 25 and 30, so last-minute stragglers can be accommodated but you might have to sit on Dudzik's lap.

A 50% deposit ($130.00 for the 20 of us) has been paid by Sandra Hull, the poor trusting fool, with her own personal funds. If your name appears above, give Sandra your $6.50 deposit at the next brunch and the balance prior to boarding or else give her the entire $13.00 on Loserfest Saturday prior to boarding.

Persons cancelling after July 4 forfeit their deposit. Final headcount is due to 72 hours prior to departure
